Alissa works with clients on a personalized level helping them identify their goals and work with them to implement strategies towards financial independence and a work-optional lifestyle. Her focus is on financial planning and investment management for female executives and business owners.
As the first person in her family to attend a college in America and incur student loans, she realized the importance of financial planning and investing for the future to minimize the financial stress that comes from having a lack of options. This experience paved the way for Alissa to explore the financial services industry.
Over the years, Alissa has evolved into an advocate for financial literacy and presenting financial concepts in a straightforward easy-to-understand manner to clients. Alissa has presented workshops and masterclasses on topics of investing, planning for retirement, managing student loans, and navigating financial complexities of divorce. In addition, she has been a guest on podcasts and spoken at conferences including The Women in Insurance and Financial Services National Conference. Alissa received the Rising Star award from LPL Financial and the 2025 Five Star Wealth Manager award by Five Star Professional (FSP). Alissa is a mentor for college students who are interested in financial services through the Aztec Mentor Program at San Diego State University.
Alissa grew up in The Netherlands and Ireland, learning to speak Japanese, English, and Dutch. Her family moved to Southern California where she attended San Diego State University and graduated with a degree in Finance. She enjoys traveling especially visiting her grandparents in Japan, spending time with family and friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and being by the beach.
